The shell of the jacket is made using 100% fail weave nylon HyVent 2L Triclimate insulation with 200 weight fleece. This design is furthered by the addition of Durable Water Repellant in the shell covering which prevents air, water and snow from permeating the membrane. There are zip vents provided for the pits that help the body breathe. The Atlas Triclimate jacket effectively prevents sweat from building up in the body and all of it exudes from the pit zips. There is a center front flap that has been added to the design which comes with a Velcro closure. Therefore no matter how big the storm is out there, you can go out without any worries. The storm flap breaks wind and snow. The fully adjustable and removable hood further keeps you comfortable when you are braving the weather elements.

The brushed chin guard lining, Hem cinch cord, Velcro adjustable cuffs have all been designed as additional measures to prevent ice, water or air to seep in while you are out. There are two pockets in the lower portion of the jacket for you to keep your hands warm in. There is an additional chest pocket for important goods.
