The exterior of the Jacket is made of the WindWall fleece fabric, which is rated at 14 CFM for wind permeability. WindWall 1 Fleece Exterior
The interior of the WindWall 1 Jacket is lined by a mesh that helps you ventilate moisture and extra body heat. The rest of the jacket is equipped with standard TNF features: hem cinch-cord, hand pockets with zippers, and athletic sizings.

Temperature Range and Lifestyle
Although The North Face WindWall 1 Jacket is extremely warm for its weight, it is not designed for cold and wet winters. We expect the WindWall 1 to perform well down to about 40°F in relatively dry environments. Because of its thinness, the WinWall 1 is perfect for layering up.
Summary on WindWall 1
WindWall 1 is a lightweight, warm, and flexible jacket. It is perfect for excercising in the fall and mild winter cold. In addtion, it is a very good looking jacket with a simple yet stylish look. We only gave it slightly less than perfect score because of it's limited temperature range and water resistance.
